Any Heavy Hitting ClickBank Vendors Here? - I'm Beyond Fed Up

Hi Guys,

I'm sure there a few heavy hitting ClickBank vendors here - hopefully at least one that might be able to drop me a PM.

I'm not going to get into all the details except to say that we moved a couple of our niche websites across to clickbank.com about 4 weeks ago - and since then we now have several thousand dollars locked up in the ether (these 2 sites do around $50k sales per year).

BTW - I know about the "2 check payment first" before direct deposit can be made on a new accounts - which is why we pushed sales through a long standing CB account (about 6 years old) as an affiliate where we could enable direct deposits - this is customer support issue (or lack thereof) - nothing else.

It seems through no fault of any Kiwi (person from New Zealand) - that the click bank direct deposit feature just wont work for us - well for my business bank account anyway.

It took 2 failed direct deposits before I even contacted CB support - just to ensure it wasn't me entering the wrong information. And we are not talking about rocket science when it comes to putting the information in exactly how they ask. On the third failed attempt I contacted support with all details laid out about specifically what I had just done to re-enter the information, to see if they could confirm this was correct based on what they need etc.

Low and behold I get a copy and paste email back telling me "generally" what information I needed to put where - which is what the email explained I had done and asked them to confirm (very helpful).

Finally I managed to get someone else who appeared to be responsive. Cutting a long story short 3 weeks (coming up to 4) into the saga (read approximately 1 week per each reply they send me) they finally suggested we get an international wire transfer setup (with an additional fee attached) which I agreed to and supplied them with all of the information.

That was just over a week ago now - 2 follow up's since from me and not a word. Not even a we're working on it or this is our ETA on it. Obviously they don't prioritize they support tickets or at least I'm not a priority.

If there is any heavy hitter here that has a direct contact phone number of someone with some direct authority at CB it would be much appreciated. You can remain anonymous.

I'm beyond surprised at how difficult it is to get to that "next level" of support. Heck if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business in a few weeks.

Anyway, any help would be much appreciated.

I had some big plans after moving these sites across to clickbank.com which have been put on hold until I can get this resolved - so far it seems all it has done is lock up all the sites revenues, and cost me an extra 4% on the sales volumes.

Thanks & sorry for the rant,

Duncan

PS: If you're wondering why this is an issue for us Kiwi's - it takes 30 WORKING days for an overseas check from the US to clear here. Take a pay period at clickbank.com, by the time the check arrives several weeks after that closes, you then get it in the bank, you're talking about funds not being available for basically 2 full months after the actual sales were made. Never been a problem before with general affiliate sales etc, but I like to try and run our individual niche business as self funding entities where each pays for their own expenditure as they go, without having to dig into our other primary revenue streams.

Google "clickbank phone number." It is easy to find.

I have called them on a few occasions and at the time they were very friendly and helpful.

You're not alone here, same here with checks to EU. What ****ed me off most is that my bank showed the amount "available"...but you never knew when the check was actually cleared.

That being said, i changed CB accounts to direct deposit (my european bank) and did NOT have the slightest problem ever since - PLUS i dont pay outrageous fees for waiting THIRTY DAYS for a check to clear.

Sorry to hear you have those problems with direct deposit to NZ.
