Hi, recently I have noticed that the latest articles I submitted to EZA were published all right - but they don't appear in the "Most Recent Articles" category that is present under all articles published in EZA. Checking other writers, I have realized that their articles have no such problems. It looks like it's just my account. Also, I am a premium member but they have failed to answer the 3 messages I sent to their support for the last two days (it usually takes a couple of hours for them to answer). I wonder if it's their way of punishing me for something I did? Not that I can understand what it would be for, I write articles and they are accepted, lol... Any of you guys know anything about this, or have lived something that might be relevant to this? |

It's a holiday weekend. Many offices close for a long weekend over Thanksgiving. So if today is the "third" of 3 days you mention, give it some time instead of sending multiple emails. kay |

Yep, agree with Kay. Patience is a virtue. Besides everyone deserves a holiday. Because what we do, I generally don't consider "work", I myself tend to forget about holidays (when they happen)

oh God. I don't live in the US (or any Christian country) so I couldn't have known it was Thanksgiving! Thanks guys!
