confused about clickbank

Hey all. I'm going through the Newbie Blueprint and have a question or two about clickbank.
Given a specific product, I understand gravity %refd and %/sale. But my confusion is $/sale and Total $/sale. Which is my commission per sale? and what is the difference between $/sale and total $/sale. I was under the impression that $/sale is the cost of the product. But then, in the case of say Commission Blueprint the $/sale is $33 odd so that can't be right??

Help please....confused?

    Hi there,

    Someone else can probably correct me on this, but as far as I'm aware, $/sale is the amount you get as an affiliate commission, and total $/sale is the same thing but taking into account refunds and also any subsequent sales - one time offers and backend stuff etc.
