Quick Tip To Anyone Having Trouble With Pricing Products

I know some people have trouble wrapping their head around
pricing products. Especially information products. Some people
think "how can I charge $50 for information that can be found the
internet for free?"

First off, yes, it can be found for free. But finding it takes
time. Then there's the problem of separating between which
information is fact and which is bs. But that is not the point of
this thread.

This is strictly about helping to get in your head around the
fact that it's perfectly ok to charge $50 (or whatever price) for
information that can be found for free because...

People are buying results. People will pay for what they believe
the information will do for them. Not what it costs you to
produce it.

Here is an example, silly and exaggerated, but it's to get the
point across...

Do you think I could sell you a small piece of paper for
$10,000?

I could if it was the winning lottery ticket to the power ball.

That piece of paper is just that, a small piece of paper. With
some ink on it. Costs pennies to produce. But the message on the
piece of paper is where the real value is.

Hope this helps anyone having trouble wrapping their head around
pricing issues. Just provide value in exchange for their money
and it's not an issue. They give you $100 and in exchange it is
your duty to give them at least, preferably more, $100 worth of
value in return.

That's all business is. The exchange of value.
