Article Rewriting and Submission HELP Please

I need help. I write my own articles and manually submit them.

1.) What is the best article rewritter software for the money to use?
2.) What is the best article submission software for the money to use?
3.) Should you submitt those articles to articles sites AND blogs or no?
4.) Can you submit the same article to hundreds of article sites without being penalized or is it best to rewrite the article for each site and then submit?

Let me know. Thank you so much for all your help.

    1) Manual or Automatic?
    2) Same as #1
    3) Just submit to article sites
    4) You can do either. Unique content for each is always better but it will still be effective in terms of backlinks if you use duplicate content.

    Hello,
    This is the same as asking: What is the best car for the money to use?
    Many people would tell you different opinions.
    When it comes to automatic rewriting, 99% of the time, it's not worth your trouble. Machines are not intelligent and cannot do such tasks well. The best rewriters only help you do the rewriting.
    It's almost the same with article submitters. Blasting one article across hundreds of directories will do you no good if you don't follow the Terms of Service of those directories.
    The number one mistake article submitters make is they submit to the wrong category. I know only about half a dozen article submitters which submit to the correct categories!

    I found these guys in this forum, and plan to use them in the future, so I couldn't tell you how they are from personal experience.     With regards to rewriting, I've found that the best ones
    STILL require some human interference.

    The automatically generated ones are usually quite trashy
    and unusable. At the end of the day, it's people who
    read it - so readability is very important.

    Submission, there are many. You can check out Milan's

      I just started rewriting articles today and I'm using article boxer. Just finished my first rewrite and got a difference of about 45%, that's hopefully enough. I'll add it to my diet site and then ezine articles.

    personally I make an article post it on ezine
    once its been accepted I then make a squidoo lens from the article.
    I then post that article to around 10 other article sites.
    I do some backlinking (social bookmarking) for the ezine and lens
    poof, done... on with the next very well written article
