I noticed people on Ebay often specify shipping only to US/Canada. If customer from Europe wants to buy something from you - how to ensure this to be successful transaction and avoid any issues? I sell lens that will run about $1600 and European people asking me if I would sell it to them. Gleb |

Hello, this is what I do have the product packaged and weighed, then get the city where it will be shipped. The post office will be more than happy to tell you your shipping options and prices as well. I tend to ship the fastest way to avoid less handling and getting lost. One very important thing is that many people that want you to ship outside of the U.S. will want you to lie about the price on the customs form so they will have to pay less taxes. Never never do this as if the package is lost you will only get the price that you claimed on the customs form. Just be very careful and do your research as some countries are not worth shipping to. |
