need opinion/advice on CB fitness product

I have a product on clickbank that I have totally ignored in fitness niche....because my fitness business had taken a different turn...with my other CB products that are successful (target is fitness bootcamps and fit pros) so this is where I have focused and will continue to ...so back to the "other " fitness product on cb that is targeted to the busy woman ...I am thinking I should either sell the whole deal..rights to product,web site /domain,cb account...or find a partner in fitness niche that can take over the promotion/marketing side and split profits...
I need advice here: what would you do in this situation? or any ideas/feedback or advice in truely welcome
