Default Weird EZA question..."3 reasons..." style

This is the darndest thing. I just had an article rejected at EZA for not delivering on the title of the article. It's a "3 Reasons..." style article and the only thing that I can think of is that I didn't number the reasons. There are three reasons, they're just in paragraph form.

Anyone had this happen?

I'm confused. Unless somebody didn't think my reasons were good enough.
Love,
Shannon

Yep. I had one that started, "3 Keys to..." and it was the first article I ever had rejected. the only problem? The "keys" weren't numbered.

And since that first rejection (which was only a few days ago), I have now had two more rejected. Oh well, I just keep fixing them until they go through.

All the best,
Michael

Hi,

Yes, that strange. EZA have changed their ways to accept articles. I read it on a another post. I think they are more strict.

They didn't accept my articles because I use the world "dummies".

bye

You need to forget your feelings and just make the changes. I have had to delete 3 very good articles in the past because for some inscrutable reason they did not get approved.

I even had EA ask me why I was deleting it???

I just said I didn't have the time to work out how to make it acceptable.

I then went over to isnare and got it appproved first time Hmmmmmm

The Memoirs Of Edward Rochester - Just imagine if Jane Eyre had been written by Mr Rochester.
My first full length novel now on Kindle and In Print on Createspace. That's what I call a niche!

It wasn't that my feelings were hurt or anything like that. I simply couldn't understand how they could say that it didn't live up to its title, when it clearly did.

Anyway, I made the changes. All I did was add numbers. And it was approved.

Love,
Shannon

Thank all you guys for this information.

I had submitted some articles today, but was having trouble with the auto-format for the numbering so I took the numbers out. This was after I had the article saved.

Anyway, fixed now and hope they will be well received.

As I've said on other threads, they took articles with thousands of views out of circulation to tell me that they violated some rule or other. I edited them and submitted them rather than try to figure out why.

TomG. - Oh, and it is pretty dumb that you need numbers when you clearly delineate the text using paragraphs.

That's a really bad reason to reject an article. The first time I'd send it back I'd not change a thing and tell them to count to 3 while reading.

I surely thought about that. But I realized that the structure of my article my have been a bit confusing. For example, it was a "3 reasons why it doesn't work" type article. The paragraph structure was like this:

1. Intro

2. Reason 1

3. What to do instead of reason 1.

4. Reason 2

5. What to do instead of reason 2

6. Reason 3

7. What to do instead of reason 3.

8. Conclusion.

Love,
Shannon

I had one entitled, "Wanna Improve Sales? You Might Be Missing This Key Ingredient", and they rejected it because my article must use correct spelling and grammar. Lol, That misspelling was intentional, from a copywriting standpoint.

Whatever, I went back and changed "Wanna" to Want to". We'll see if they like it now.

John
