Hi Warriors,

Is it true because I think that it does:

The FTC's new law of internet marketing, affiliates, and bloggers in only directed to US residents.

I have been listening to this audio and it seems that way. I live in Canada and am a Canadian resident and it does not seem to apply to me or any other one outside the US.

Here is the audio. You may want to listen to it:

If you listen from 5:18 minutes, this will tell you that these new rules apply to US residents ONLY.

I am no legal expert so could not say whether it is only for US residents
    BUT
if that is the case, could you set up a company in Canada simply to take payment from your websites even if you are really based in US ?

From the audio, the guy from the FTC says that they can only work inside the US. So anyone reading this and has a business online, you don't have to worry at all.

I am in a company, MLM one online, and from their splash page that they give their affiliates, usually there were 2 testimonials from 2 successful members. It is now off and is no longer there so I see people and companies in the US take this FTC new law very seriously which is good.

I think that the FTC is very serious about this and I totally respect them for doing this.
