Hey guys, I started a newsletter for my blog about a month ago. I have gotten a decent response but I've noticed I cover way to many niches in one blog. I started it just for my entertainment with no intention of profiting. Now I have created over 30 niche websites that are all related to my blog topics but they are smaller more defined niches to pull a little more focused traffic. Now my websites are split into big categories that all related to each other....one bunch of websites all relate to some form of weight loss, one bunch is on muscle gain, etc. Right now, I have all my weigh tloss websites directing viewers to my "weight loss" newsletter and muscle gain to my "body builder" newsletter. Each of my newsletters gives a free gift to get them to sign up...Im wondering If I should make a single newsletter for each small website niche, then try and funnel them down to my main weight loss newsletter after 10-20 emails. For example I focus one of my websites on Dieting for Diabetics...I offer a 8 week weight loss program which I offer to all my weight loss sites to join my newsletter....should I make a specific sequence for diabetic dieters for 10-20 emails then filter them into my main weight loss newsletter? Im thinking that may be a good idea because after 12-15 emails in the specific niche newsletter I can sell a niche product related to whatever the subject is. Then I can sell general weight loss products, my ebooks, dvds, and my membership site on my general weight loss newsletter. Or do you think it woudl even make that much of a difference. It would focus on the smaller niches more and I would probably get some extra sales from the specific niche products I sell, but my main thing Im wanting is people to buy into my membership site. Its also a lot more extra work, but usually that comes with extra benefits. Thanks in advance, P.S. is there any way on Aweber to have one newsletter sequence end and they automatically enter into a 2nd newsletter or would I have to make copies of my emails and post them to each newsletter. Either way would work, but I would like to have just 1 big newsletter I can control instead of 50 of them |
