I have a superstar outsourcer: Driving Traffic?

Hey guys,

I hope you're doing well!

Last month I found a superstar outsourcer. He is great at communicating, has perfect english, is eager to learn and loves working with me.

He works for $2.5 per hour and he has lots of hours free. The biggest thing my business needs is traffic.

So my question is, what is the best way to use this superstar to drive more traffic and sales?

Building back links? Article marketing? Message Forum Posting? Finding JV partners?

Your advice is appreciated!

~Sean

If you've found a superstar, than you should angage him to do all this things, not just one..when you combinig all things everyday, or week,

it's the best way for long term traffic

At the very least, I would have him do forum marketing - you just need to educate him so that he can leave useful replies.

You better hope it's not something he can easily make money off of though, because it won't take long until he starts to question why he is doing all that work for you when he can do it for himself and make more money.

Finding JV partners is probably not a good thing to outsource - but I'm sure you could get some results from it...

All of the above. I think articles can drive traffic more quickly, but backlinks are going to get you to the top of the SERPS for some time...to me, that's where I'd focus....of course I take a long term outlook.

I highly recommend you treat him/her well.

Whatever you outsource to him, make sure you treat
him/her well or he/she will scoot off to the next
person who can *easily* pay him $3 an hour.

    Awesome, Andrews right above,

Set a schedule, get him doing the most important things first and so on! The more things he does the better!

One to add to the list, get them to work on some JVs for you.

i.e. finding the potential partners, contacting them, etc.

      Great advice guys.

Why do you suggest splitting up the outsourcer's time vs. getting him to focus on one thing (ex. Just article marketing or just bacjlinks)?

      Thanks!

I agree. At that price. The more he can do the better.

The best way to use him is probably to send me his name and email address. I'll keep him busy for you until you figure out how to use him so no one will steal him from you.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.
