What's your to-do list for a huge launch? I've got a really cool product I'm working on and I want to know some tips or pointers from any experienced pro's out there. Any advice?

It's a good question. Has there ever been a huge launch within the Internet Marketing industry (for example) that didn't include sending people e-mail? It's hard to think of any that didn't involve a LOT of e-mails being sent. So one of the first things on anyones to-do list should be to start building an in-house mailing list, OR, cultivating contacts with people who already have huge mailing lists. This is just purely from observation, not first hand experience, but it helps get this conversation going.
