Hoping for some adwap advice

My list is building nicely now, hard work and lots of articles took me to about 1200 then adswaps took me to almost 3K.

But I'm wondering if I can do better. Are there experienced adswappers who can advise me?

How often should I do it? (once a week, twice a week, more?)
How to weed out the bad ones?
Where to find partners? (apart from this forum of course)

Any advice would be appreciated.

    There are two other forums that specialize in ad swaps. I get great results from both of them.

    I don't know if dropping links is allowed since they compete with the Warrior forum in that area, but both are very easy to find with Google. I think both are run by Warriors too.

    I also have my own private list that I share with my regular ad swap partners. When they aren't swapping with me, it is to everyone's advantage that they continue to grow their list by swapping with others.

    My own list is my best source of all. Several on that list have said it is their best resource as well and I know a couple only swap with people on that list now.

    I personally like to add new blood to the list every month, so I use Warrior and the other two forums to do that.

    Get in a network of ad swappers where everyone exchanges contacts. It is the powerful Napoleon Hill mastermind concept.

    It also cuts down dramatically on fake swaps where you send, but your "partner" never even had a list.

    have a lots of quality content but no time to create squeeze pages
