Michael, if not, they've already come out with tons of extractors that are
Windows 7 compatible including WinZip 14.0

I installed Windows 7 about 4 weeks ago to replace my XP system and I have to say that I'm totaly satisfied. So far nor problems, but it's faster now and I like the interface. If you come from Windows XP you will need a short time to understand the new control panel but thats not a big deal.

I'm MUCH more happier with Win 7 than I was with XP or Vista. The OS is reasonably faster than any other released by MS even with older hardware. Many functionality updates, the interface is awesome. No more awful security messages. Much more stable than Vista. No problems/bugs for now.

Keep in mind that I'm only a PC user and I compare only between MS Products.

<3 XP. Always have. But then again, I know the OS inside and out.

I just upgraded my son's computer from XP to Windows 7. I was helping him get that set up and it is so different than what I'm used to. But before too long it will become second nature until they come up with something new.

I'm sure that there will be a lot of updating to become compatible with Windows 7. Good luck with it.

Regardless there is plenty of open source zipping an unzipping software that exists and will always exist.
