A Ripoff That didn't work

I have a blog on a particular Christmas item and someone copied it and submitted it to Jumptag in his name, with my URL and everything. It ended up #1 and #2 on Google out of over 500,000. I clicked on it today and this is what it said "Jumptag has detected that this user is violating the Terms of Use and the account has been blocked."
It is getting so you hate to do anything as it might be ripped off.

Change the dns info and put it on another web host. It usually only takes a day or so and Google's results usually take longer than that to update.

Actually, Google will give your site time to get back up before removing you from their results or dropping you off the first page.

I also am so sorry Cardsearch.
Certainly you sparked your creativity, did the work, to be disappointed.

Can you keep promoting yours then?

I must be missing something here. If he used your url, then you got all the traffic and benefits of his efforts? He got maybe a chance to lie and tell people that it was his blog? Then he got deleted from Jumptag but nothing wrong happened to you did it?

Or did he copy it and put it on a domain name of his own and send the traffic over there? But then why did you say "with my url"?

I did consider 'baffled' as a forum user name.

Actually Lloyd, I was wondering the same thing. I've reread the original post a few times and am confused as well.
