Do the new FTC Rules apply to Members ONLY forums?

Just a thought and maybe this has already been discussed...

Since the WF is a members only forum, I was wondering what you thought of the FTC rules applying to this forum - or other parts of this forum like the WSO Forum.

Or what about the War Room?

The War Room is a protected members only area - so would the FTC rules about testimonials apply there? Or since its not available to the general public, would they not apply?

Just wondering what your thoughts are...:confused:

    Alexa - you are right on non members browsing on the WSO forum and others so my guess is equal application of the new rules.

    But as far as the War Room... it's private. Any ideas anyone?

    Do the FTC rules apply to PAID Members Only areas?
