Are You a Statistics Junkie?

by 2 comments
Hey Warriors,

I spend probably 30 - 60 minutes a day checking my statistics (on a good day, it can be substantially more if Im feeling lazy).

Every day I say to myself 'I could be doing something much more productive with this time' yet I can't help it. I just have to check my Analytics, Clickbank, Adwords and everything else every couple of hours!

Is anyone else here a statistics junkie and if you are a reformed statistics junkie how did you overcome it?

OKiiieee...I admit..I used to be like that when I first started off, spending a few hours "admiring" my stats...and "hoping" I have a few more visits when I refresh the stats page.

It is definitely not productive...but it was part of the IM journey.

I think it is better to look at how much money we earn now and explore how much more we can make with less efforts.

    My 2 cents,

Pffth, you can't even begin to compare.

I'm such a statistics junkie I programmed my own equivalent of Google Analytics before Google Analytics existed.

Now 14,000 other statistics junkies watch their web stats in real-time along with me. See who's on your site while they're on your site, where they came from, and what they're looking at

    My real-time analytics service:

W3Counter - Website Analytics, Realtime Web Stats and Web Counter

Sometimes I'll just stare at this page for 10 minutes at a time:
