Or does it seem as though programs where you have to "Click for credits." simply do not work for selling things? Free offers and things of that nature seem to work well to get e-mail addresses for your list, but actually trying to simply sell something directly on a click for credit free advertising forum, viral list builder or traffic exchange program seems to be ineffective. It also seems as though no one ever reads anyone else's advertisements, they click the ads to earn credits so they can post their own stuff and everyone does this (or seems to.) so how effective can these methods really be, if over half the people using them simply disregard anything anyone else has to offer?

Just think about what those people are after, and you'll figure out what offers might grab their attention...

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

It is a it odd as a concept, but as long as you participate, you get someone looking at a sales page for a few seconds, so it can work - as long as they are not a bot!

If people are getting to your site they are coming for a reason you need to capitalize on that. Once a visitor is at your site you need to direct the visitor in a clear concise way. If you want them to act on something make sure they know what to do without hunting around for a link and underlined link etc. Minimize text. Eliminate unecessary verbage. You have less than 30 seconds to get there attention and then they are moving on.

I went to your site and wasn't sure what you were promoting. I saw the health supplement there but even with that I couldn't tell what you wanted me to do. Buy it? Study up on it? Are you just simply providing info for the product? Make the call to action for your visitor clear and concise. Make purchase designation VERY clear. Don't make it hard for your customer. Keep it simple.

If your providing a link to a "Wal-Mart" type site maybe you can narrow it down a bit to a product someone is looking for instead of the shotgun blast approach.

Just an observation. Not trying to bash you or your site. Actually I wish you much success.

I cleaned things up a bit. Got rid of some other links that may have caused confusion and distractions, and have combined one time sale items and re-orderable products into a single section. (I will still feature my best converting products in their own sections) My main objective is to get people to either purchase products or join my affiliate program. My advertising is targeted meaning if I'm looking for reps, potential reps should be able to figure out where to go, like wise so should potential customers.
To answer your question I was providing some very detailed information on the liquid nutrition product with the intention of viewers clicking the affiliate link and purchasing the product.
