Anyone uses .tv domains around here?

    I use ourlocal.tv for a video site withing My Local Gazette. I understand that Tuvalu is raising the prices of their domain renewals very significantly so not siure what will happen come renewal time.

      I use them all the time for niche video, especially when it has a nice ring to it. Aside from that it's hard to see any purpose to the TLD.

        I havent personally used one yet, but I most certainly would if I had a niche video site or a product im pushing on one of those infomercials! :-D

    I once read that the island that has allowed the .tv to exist is sinking into the sea, and when a country vanishes the domain name will be dissolved also.

    I'm sure there was a thread discussing it on the WF a while ago...

    never used one... People trust .com. So thats what I use.
