Tried to search this but coulsnt narrow down the search results so I'll ask here.

Can you install more than one SEO plug in for a WP blog?

I see two that are comonly recommended

1. Headspace2, and
2. WP all in 1 SEO pack

Can I install both?
Will it help to install both?

If not, which would be better?

I'm setting up my first blog ever and its going very slow and Im at the point where Im installing plug-ins and trying to decipher which ones to install.

    I wouldn't install more than one SEO plugin. I don't claim to be a WP expert or anything, but as I see it, they would only "fight" over the meta and titletags

    I use All in One SEO plugin and it does the job...

    The All In One plugin is sufficient, you won't get any extra advantage installing a 2nd SEO plugin.

    Of course it's more that just installing the plugin - you also need to configure your pages to use it to it's full capacity.

    I tried installing 2 seo plugins and they did not like working with each other.

    Just stick with all in one, I haven't had any problems with it.
