looking for something that will auto post to typepad, hubpages, wetpaint, squidoo, vox etc

I know about seonuke and bruteforce seo but was hoping to avoid such a big monthly cost.

something that is not a linkwheel software, just a posting software

Taking the time to actually participate in those networks will be far more productive. I much rather spend my time in 2 networks vs auto posting everything without ever doing a login to 50 networks.

Trust me that many pay attention to who actually just auto post stuff and those that actually spend the time in the networks.

    Just my opinion though ...

Have someone either build you a bot or record macros for you.

You can probably get it done for $150 - $200 one time fee...Only funky thing about it is, if one of them switches something up you will have to have it updated...which is where the monthly fee for stuff like SENUKE normally comes in.

Sounds like an ideal candidate for outsourcing. If you have enough volume, you'd get a killer rate. It doesn't take much time at all to manually post to these sites, so you could could probably find a killer deal.

As Jeremy mentioned, scripts/macros can work too. I've done that kind of work before using AppleScript on a mac mini that ran on auto pilot at intervals around the clock. We were submitting to sites as well as scraping data (eg. Zillow, keyword tools, etc.). It can work really well, but you've got to monitor it often to make sure the scripts stay on course.

Just a guess on my part, but I imagine that using bots to access Web 2.0 sites is against their TOS. That's why bots require constant updating ... the sites realize bots are posting and change the logins, etc. They also do massive banning of bot accounts. At least that has been the case with bots and MySpace and other social networks.

I agree Suzanne - That is many developers problems, they do not ask permissions and when this happens and the sites get hit hard by bots then the sites start cracking down on terms and rules.

This is why you have seen many chnages in web 2.0 sites and you will see many more.
