Top Tools for Fools like me?

Just wanted to know what peoples opinions and ideas were on the most user friendly, helpful and efficient tools in the IM world. I have come to find out that everybody and probably their mother have a tool or program that they have introduced. Some of the ones that I am contemplating are:
Micro Niche Finder
I use easy article rewriter for article writing

What other tools can people HONESTLY recommend. Please don't plug stuff, please submit only LEGIT, TRUE, TESTED tools.

Anything by Incansoft. Semi-Automated directory, article, and social bookmarking submission at a steal of a price. And I'm pretty sure the creator is a member here, nice and helpful guy. I'm not affiliated with him at all...but I use most of his software and can vouch for it.

Traffic Travis is awesome too, not so much for finding keywords (Micro Niche Finder is perfect for that, as you already know) but for analyzing your site.

Other than that, X-Site pro is fantastic for making websites.

I agree with Matt on Traffic Travis. I use it for almost all my website analysis.

Senuke pretty much does everything I need. Huge time saver, for me anyway.

I'll second anything from Incansoft and Big Mike. They do make some good products.
