Calling Brad or anyone at Bryxen Software!

Sorry to post this here but it seems outside of your ticket system there's no other way to contact you. I need to unlock Keyword Elite again but I'll be damned if I can get a ticket submitted with your support system.

I log in, it says "Hello Nicolaas Theron" and the whole thing about how I'm logged in, but the moment I submit a ticket (or sometimes as soon as I click on the "Submit a ticket" button, even before I get to the ticket itself) it takes me back to the login page and tells me in nice red letters I need to be logged in to submit a ticket. I've even created a new support ticket account. No luck, same thing over and over and over. I log in, try to submit a ticket, then get told I need to log in to do that.

I had the same problem a while back when I wanted a download link for the latest version of SEO Elite and in the end I had to Google for one cause I couldn't get a ticket submitted. I've tried with both IE and Firefox.

Please either fix your system or if it's only me that's having problems, tell me what the heck I could be doing wrong. A support email address would really help too. That way I can get support about the ticket system not working without submitting a ticket to get support about the ticket system not working

Sorry can't help Nic, but that made me laugh.

      Hi Nic,

I never have problems contacting them. You might want to check your Cookies on your computer. You have to allow them for many such sites to work for you. Mine is set at "medium", so not all cookies are accepted, and that seems to work fine.

      Hope this helps.

PS: If you can get a direct email to Brad, he's good at responding. Sorry I don't have that email handy.

You might want to try PMing Brad from the Keyword Elite forum. There is also an option to email him from his profile page on the Keyword Elite forum.

Thanks guys (you too David, my stupid jokes don't often get laughs ). I've never been to the KE forum, didn't know there was one!

As a matter of fact a PM to Brad here would probably have worked better as well, which I realized about 5 seconds after posting this. As usual my fingers outsprinted my brain.

If you grew up and went to public school in North America, you know that the school system here is far from perfect. Kids have all different experiences, but one common thread is that everybody learns how to be an employee and not a manager. School isn’t just designed to teach you math, science and English, there are also lessons contained in the actual structure of school itself. When you hear the bell and it directs you to class, you’re learning to follow directions in a very Pavlovian fashion. You know that you can’t get caught in the hallways during class time, so you respond to the bell in order to avoid punishment. When you go into the classroom and sit in your spot in the row of desks and you know you’re not permitted to talk to other students and that the teacher has control of the class, you’re learning that your place in society is to quietly submit to authority.

Just a quick question for you internet marketing gurus, or for those of you who have a bit of experience in marketing your own businesses. Which social media platform drives the most traffic to your website? Im obviously going to invest a bit of time and money in advertising my business through each of the main platforms, facebook, twitter, instagram etc. I was just wondering, more out of interest than anything (because as I said, I intend to utilize each platform to its max for my business) which of these social media platforms is responsible for the highest amount of visitors to your website?

I was reflecting on some of the things I have been working on over the past few months since I have been doing IM full time and I thought it's been a massive learning curve but I am making some progress. I've done a few little things that have helped keep me focused now that I don't have the physical motivation of a boss and a workplace surrounding me to crack the whip so to speak when I get a little lost and unmotivated during my work day.

Hey guys - I have a question that I've been thinking about a fair amount and wanted to discuss with all of you. SEO is one of the main areas of focus for internet marketing - there are a lot of people building websites and competing for search engine traffic. There is so much information out there about search engine optimization and you can virtually get lost for days trying to figure out what the best way is to promote your website or the product that you're selling through search engine rankings.
