What to do with an Article after Ezine submission?

Hey guys and girls.

If you were trying to generate as many sales as possible, increase traffic to your site and/or generate more subscribers for your email list.

Then what would you do with an article after submitting it to ezine articles?

I am currently doing an experiment with my ezine articles, however I am looking to expand my current article submission structure, so I am looking for other strategies and techniques used.

Such as bookmarking, pinging, submitting to other sites, adding to your own blog, making in to a video...

What things have worked for others...?

    once accepted by ezine submit to more sites. I think traffic is a bonus but the backlinks are better. Dont just submit for traffic, create a blog and get the links. One day you will be able to flip it for some nice $$$

    Take the article and change some sentences around with different wording but still means the same thing. Will save you time from rewriting a new article and then post it to other directories.
