Paypal question, help needed

Posting here because PP customer service and support forums are dismal.

I am awaiting payment for a book buyback and today received this message:

We tried submitting payment to you for your recent buyback order #XXXX and were notified by Paypal that you only accept payments through your website.

Is there a setting somewhere that needs changing or what? I received a buyback payment from a different company to the same account with no problem.

Ideas anyone? Please?

      It turned out to be a simple setting that needed to be changed. I'll post the solution here in case anyone else has this problem in future.

      Under your profile settings find the payment receiving preferences. Uncheck the box next to "Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab".

      Voila, simple and easy.
