Default A Year Old Commissions

I recently found out that I'm owed a good size of commissions from over a year back but I've been trying for over a month now to get it paid but support gives me the run around (yes they will honor it) and then stop responding.

Its a year old because as we all know we tend to promote this and that and soon to find it lost in a bunch of other offers and start doing other things. Then an old email pops up and you check your affiliate backoffice and like a shining gold bar it lights up the room. I've already ask support to forward payment but no response for over a month.

Do I take it to the next level or let it go?.

I await your reply.

Who are you supposed to get this commission from?

Depending upon what you mean by "good sized," I say pursue it. Ask yourself if the amount you are owed is worth the time.

Consider using social media to apply a little pressure, especially if the company has a social media presence and understands how important reputation is.

I don't want to say any names as he is a well respected person.

whether is was $5 or $5000 money is money and if you are owed the commission I would pursue it. I've learned that if you constantly keep on about getting something you are owed, you will eventually get it. Contact his person daily or every other day. Do not let him forget about you. You will go away when you get paid what you are owed. Good luck.
