After looking through all kinds of websites that are being sold, particularly those with an established business, is there a rule of thumb to purchase them by?
For example: If a technical writing website is asking $2,000 and it makes an income of $1,500 a year, is it a solid or risky investment? Considering you may need to work for an hour a day to keep the income the same.
