Default Newbie Question About Testimonials

Hi,

I noticed a squidoo lens where the lensmaster is using testimonials from the affiliate product website on his lens to promote the clickbank affiliate product. Is this legal or advisable?

I'm not sure, but I would certainly contact him first. ( The product owner)

I've heard that it's legal to use "snippets" from testimonials though...

If he is NOT claiming that is his own product, may be he can post as 'Reviews on product'. But still better to contact the product owner.
