How to get affiliates fast?

Err, I got a Christmas related product.. And I need affiliates. How and where should I get them? lol. I was thinking if I could post in the Warrior Joint Ventures but I don't know much about it yet.. Guess I have to make 20 posts, at least.

But, any advice where can I get affiliates right away?

    I think you should visit some social bookmarking media e.g. facebook or twitter and find some people with the similar interests to yours. Then get in touch with them or add them as your bookmarks or friends.

    Work work work.

    Step 1 - Write down every way you can think relates to your product
    (eBay, Social boomarking, forums, bloggers with traffic, special interest sites)

    Step 2 - Email, email, email.
    Also join affiliate directories (which may not be as effective short run) and promote on your website if you can.


    Step 3 - With the ones that respond (which may be only a few), build a strong relationship to sell, treat your affiliates like your best friends, they are very valuable.

    Note - Have a strong affiliate program in place, people are not gonna waste there time if your program complicated.

    You know theres probably a great business opportunity right here in this thread. Personally I think finding affiliates, can be a long, tiresome process.
