Page Rank?????

Hey everyone, just s quick question and I know the answer to it is "How long is a piece of string?" but I want to know if anyone knows the process a site goes through in terms of losing page rank.

i.e if I bought an established domain with a valid page rank and didn't do anything with it. How long would it hold that page rank ore whould it not even loose it at all.

    Still you will loose the "Page Rank"
    Page Rank is validated by google with each indexing. Even If you don't even put low Page Ranked websites link to your Domain or Sub domains. It will eventually result in low page rank.

    It completely depends on the backlinks the site has.

    If there are no backlinks when you bought it, then it will drop.

    If the previous owner removes links going to the site, it will drop.

    If nothing changes in terms of backlinks, then it will remain.

    If it was a dropped domain, depends on how long, but it can drop.

    There are a ton of factors, but theres a few.

      Ye, I guessed that, I know it's never as easy as one two three but I was just wondering about what the different factors were.

        I posted the biggest 4 factors in my previous post. Those are the main ones that will determine if the PR will go up or down after you get the domain.
