War Room's for "Nowt"

Hi,

I am relatively new to WF, and I was reading a bit about the War Room in the form of advice from a general posting in here.

The advice was "Join and save thousands" basically.

Well as a Yorkshireman with some Scottish blood in me, I have to say I was intrigued. I have just joined and could only seem to find genuine offers to help, and in most cases giving stuff away for "nowt" as we say here in North Yorkshire (UK for those who are wondering).

So thirty odd dollars for twenty years is for "nowt", so why are you still reading this? Get "thee sen" in there quick.

Ian

Mate, I'd be surprised if anyone on this forum even understood what you meant so I'll translate it for them

Ya, mate, with a lot of Americans here, some people will be scratching their heads at some of your usage.

Thanks for the translation, VilPietersen. I did understand the nowt but not the thee sen usage.

I used to work in sales where I had customers from all over the world and while my Scottish customers were possibly the most personable I had, they were also the most impossible to sell!

Anyway, you're right, the War Room is a great deal and I think the owner of the forum must love all the free endorsements he gets for this.

I think the War Room is exceptional value. But you don't get Nowt for Nowt but $39 or whatever it was is a fair price. It's real worth for you depends on what you are looking for and where you are at, but for 99% of people its worth it (the other 1% would be people who can't be bothered to read the free information).

I have little time at the moment to try out all the methods so I just save them when I see one I like to try out for later.

Good move joining the War Room Ian. It really is a small price to pay for some great info from people that have seen it and doing it (even for another fellow yorkshireman!).

I also have some Scottish blood, but I've never visited farther north than London.

I sure appreciate your thrifty tip there. Let me see if I can say this without getting slapped: I ken yer right bonnie canny blether o'brammer.

I love the James Herriott books and the BBC TV versions. I heard an audio book of him reading his own work and couldn't make out a word he was saying. Sounded like a nice guy, though.

Whoa! I actually do know the difference between Scotland and England! The earlier part of the thread mentioned Scotland and also mentioned Yorkshire.

I meant to change subject when I started the new paragraph. Sorry I didn't write "Meanwhile, in Yorkshire" or something like that!

I also have some English blood so at least I didn't offend myself.

    I love learning foreign languages.

Seriously, I think the War Room is fabulous. When you are on the home page, take a look at the number of people visiting the various forums at the time. The War Room almost always has several hundred people in it (at least when I am there) and often has very long threads, with some seriously informative conversation going on.

And there is a whole lot of free information, some of it formally presented as free downloads, some of it less formal as posts.

Highly recommended. By a Yank with a great-grandmother from Scotland.

I can see a lot of the people who eagerly advertise for speakers with a UK accent for video presentations having a hasty rethink around about now

There are a lot of things in the War Room though that are just bait for opt-in mailing lists. I don't need another 50 IM newsletters coming to my inbox.

The good stuff is good though. Worth the one time fee. Just don't believe everyone who says they're "giving back" to Warrior Forum by signing you up to their list.

Ain't that the truth! Sadly, people cannot resist exploiting it for the wrong reasons. I reckon that free stuff should not have strings attached.

The best part is when some one wants to give back... sends you to an opt in page... then hits you with a one-time-offer.

You'd think that admin would monitor this closely.

Anyways, I simply offer stuff with a direct link to the download page.
