Congratulations that much feel really great.

My checks usually arrive a week after they have been released. I live in portugal though so it can take them longer to get them to me via international mail. We are not allowed direct deposit though which is a real shame.

Yes I was so suprised especially since we made most of that in a couple days. I say we because I had much help from my girlfriend and we are splitting the earnings so its really more like 750 a peice but hey its still shocking. !!!

Believe it or not I am using no ppc or article marketing. Im not driving traffic in any way. I doing the most simple form of advertising and that is posting links to the product/niche. Its all about how many people you get to click the link.

This is what I shall share.
I searched long and hard, not so much for the perfect product but for a product with a pitch page that didnt look like a pop up because for real alot of those pitch pages look like advertisment/pop up i found one with alot more web development in it (NOT just picutes/text/video) it looked professional and then I made a hoplink and spammed it. (Yes im a spammer) in places where I found alot of active people who would see it who might be interested in the specific product. And out of the 4,500 people who clicked the like (hops) I got like 75 sales. so the conversion rate was not so great but 75 x$30 on average made me that money.

I know thats very broad but I hope it helps someone.

Man that's a big check for being your first! When I first got into internet marketing, my first check was for around $200. It was the best feeling ever. The greatest thing about it is, the feeling never goes away. I still get excited when checks come in for me.

Congrats! If you didn't know clickbank offers direct deposit too, that way you don't have to wait too long to get your $.

Yea i think everyone starts with thier big break. One day you will find a product/niche and think of a creative way to get people to it and be shocked when you log into clickbank and see your first numbers. I sure was and I promise its inspiring.

Awesome first cheque, most definitely! Congrats to you. Not sure I would consider your 'spamming' method sustainable (or possibly not ethical

) but hey, Happy Christmas to you.

I hope you can find a way to make this a long-term thing. I believe anyone can do it if I can. It's just a traffic game.

If I could give you a tip...maybe you might want to shift your spamming methodology to something that will give you a better long-term ROI. Perhaps list-building, which is somewhat similar but mostly above-board

p.s. - the feeling of that first cheque is incredible, isn't it! It truly inspired me to think I finally stopped spending money (on IM products) and started making money from "thin air", as my girlfriend likes to say

Yea I have read their codes of conduct and I called it spamming but its not like im just posting a link over and over. I am also mentioning how it is a benefit to the people reading it and how they should check it out and such. So I dont think I will get in trouble for it, and I dont think its bothered anyone. And yes um101 I have purchased a domain and am planning on making my own page with some products and possibly starting ppc now that I am making money so this was really just a start to my marketing.

Hi,
i am glad you made some cash. however telling people you spammed or are a spammer could land you in hot water being as clickbank and reputable vendors specify you may not advertise in that way.

cool to see someone getting theirs but i totally disagree with the method used if you did that with one of my products you would forfeit all commissions earned and may face legal action as a result depending on how it effected me . sometimes it is best to say you posted links instead of the method for future reference and you never know who is going to see these threads.

theres nothing wrong with promoting a link in places, hes spamming it in the sense of putting it all over the place im sure but not in the annoying bad sense. hes doing what your suppose to do, promoting it, and obviously hes doing it right and effectively if hes making that much money.

Yes, when you see the "Date Sent" on your Clickbank account, you can take it literally. That's one thing they don't mess around with. Hell, it's even on their Front Page: "We've paid our clients on time, every time, for 10 years."

If the mail man/woman comes at the same time every day, you can set your clock to it. One Friday I was expecting to have my Clickbank check by 3:15. Well, by 3:20 I was off to the bank. : )

Congratulations. It sounds like you will be rewarded well for your ingenuity and imagination.

Yes, I totally agree with you and congratulations! The first clickbank check is a milestone in every IMer, just like your first step, your first kiss, your first email EVER you sent (mine was in 1995), your first car, etc. It's probably even more significant than all of that put together.

Because I gave up on click bank once before but after being jobless for so long came back to it and cant explain how happy I was to discover my method had worked, and worked well.
