Hi, I have question about proxy,
What is the best proxy service (best price,velue,etc), what about metropipe
How many unique IP address we will get if we use one proxy service, and is they use old Ip address and give to us or they will give new ip address that no one use before
Is the proxy is slow,

    Most people looking to use a proxy service want to do so for unethical reasons.

    I'm not going to judge you on this... oops already did. My bad.

    But if all you want is IP addresses there are a lot better ways to get them than proxy. And it's not like most places where people want to place their spam are not smart enough to block proxy IP's.

    Depends on what you need the service for. Many of the large sites now have lists of proxies and some block them. Be careful what you use them for.

      Do you just need to change your IP from time to time? Does it matter if the IPs are from the same geographical location? If so, you can just use a free or cheap dial-up service... it will change your ip every time you login
