Has anyone else noticed the bug in "All-in-one-seo-Pack" plugin ?
The standard page title format in the plugin is: %page_title% | %blog_title%
And it has been this format in the past versions too, but without the homepage problem/bug, so there was
no | before the blogs title on the homepage, e.g. "blog title" instead of "|blog title"
I still have older versions of the plugin installed on some sites, and there is no problem with this issue, but since I have upgraded the "All in one SEO Pack" plugin to current version 1.6.8.1 this problem effects all the sites with it installed.
The only way I managed to solve this is to alter the plugins format to this: %page_title% %blog_title%
Which is missing the pipe symbol ( | ) but that means the rest of the pages also don't have the pipe symbol, so title's end up like this-
"About Us" Page For example:
About us Blog title
Instead of:
About Us | Blog title
Anyone else noticed this, or have any suggestions???
***I also forgot to mention, if you change the title name via the plugin, it does not work, the tilte will not change to what you have entered in the box...***
