Default What Niche Do You Think Needs The Most Content?

Hi Warriors,

I hope you can help me out with a question.

What niche do you think the majority of the people on the warrior forum need content for?

By content I mean articles.

Articles for ezines, blog posts, promotion and everything else articles can be used for.

Does anyone have any insight into what niche this would be and if so, can you please leave your comments in this thread.

The reason I'm asking is because I am strapped for cash and I am trying to basically research possible WSO's that I can create but I don't want to spend a lot of time creating anything that nobody wants.

So, I guess what I'm asking is what do you want (in general to the whole forum) which is probably too general but it's a starting point at least.

I really hope to get some good feedback on this and I thank anyone who replies for their time and comments.

Thanks

Oh Andrew...

this is a complicated situation... the only niche people will be willing to give away is IM, and not many will openly tell you they would buy...

Maybe I'm wrong...

If you do real PLR, I would buy anything as I have a PLR article directory.

Good luck with the project!!

Laura

Hi Andrew,

I probably can't help you, because the niches you're hoping to identify in this thread are all ones I'm barely involved with, myself.

My guess is that you're looking principally at dating, "IM advice", "make money online", "get your ex back", weight-loss, fitness and forex-trading, as "commonest content-requirers", followed perhaps by betting/gambling, video-games and a collection of "alternative healthcare niches" including skin care.

Just a "word to the wise": sometimes the Moderators don't like to see discussion of WSO's, even proposed/future ones, which can come across kind of as "early marketing/promotion", and if your thread does suddenly disappear, that'll doubtless be the reason. There might perhaps be slightly "less overtly worded" ways of doing this "market research", though?

Any niche will need are good quality original articles that provide very relevant information for a special topic. I am stupid and in a permanent state of procrastination. As a result, although I know I need to find a niche with good demands and will buyers that can pay, I stick to the Internet Marketing Niche where I am completing with tons of experienced marketers all with endless streams of products in development.
Why I am writing all this? What has it to do with your question? I think yours is the wrong approach if you want to find a niche and concentrate on it to earn an income. The reason I am saying that because a group like this there will be many different requirements and if the response is good you will get feedback of many different sorts of requirements. I don't think that will help you much.
Instead I suggest you concentrate on finding products that people wants and willing to pay for then write articles for those products. One good method was suggested to me to visit ClickBank Marketplace and find products with good %refd which stands for Fraction of vendor's total sales that are referred by affiliates and high gravity which indicates good demand.
After finding the products, go to ezinearticles.com or similar to find articles relevant to the products in order to analyse keywords buyers use to search for the products. From those keywords you will also find out the strength of competitions and who they are. If there are too many pages of competitions show up with the keywords found, may be best to pass it and chose another product.
This is a very brief outline of what I would do rather than your own plan. I can be so wrong, just a suggestion.

Thanks for your comments. I'm not looking at any niche in particular, just wondering which ones people mostly need content for but then again, they probably don't want to give these clues to their business.

Hopefully, I'll get some PM's about it.

Hi,

I'm not looking for a niche, I'm looking for work and I am just trying to find out what people need.

I write a lot, amongst other things and was just trying to use this skill to my advantage but I can not just start writing any old article.

I need to know what people are looking for on a regular basis, namely the marketers on this forum.

I know that everyone needs traffic and you get traffic mainly via content.
Most marketers either don't have the skill or the resources to create all they need so I was trying to see how I could fill that need.

As you suggested, possibly I am going about this in the wrong way.

I apologize if I have confused any one.

Well written education/career content for EDU lead generators could be worth good money.

A WSO may not exactly be the best way to advertise it, but if you looked around, I'm sure you could find buyers.... and perhaps a consistent gig or two.

Hi Andrew,
If you are looking for work why don't you join Elance or similar. The alternative is as I suggested, find out the hot niches and write PLR articles for those niches. I still think that is a better approach.

I must be unclear or something.

That is exactly what I am trying to do with this thread, find out the hot niches so I can write for them.

Maybe I should just write articles for each clickbank category, anybody think that is a good idea?

Weight loss and/or any of the fitness sub-niches

Both of these niches have hundreds of sub-niches that thousands of warriors are actively participating in every day.

The true irony is that if you take the angles in these niches correctly, they are probably the ones that require the least content per site... some people just don't see it though

Peace

Scroll through the Warrior for Hire threads that offer content. You will see a lot of different content ideas because many people will ask right in the thread if the writer can do X niche or not. You will be able to see a pattern with which content is asked for.

Thank you very much, that was extremely helpful.

I knew I would get an answer or at least a start to one eventually.

Thanks Peggy,

I read the thread, a lot of stuff all over the place, no pattern I could see but all good stuff.

Wish I knew enough about poker to write about it with confidence. One guy plainly said he would pay for it.

I see that you also write plr, maybe you could pm me some suggestions or tips.

I figure the best way to get into something is to follow one who has done is successfully. If that is you, I look forward to your advice if you are willing to give it.

Andrew,
There are times when you are going to write about stuff you don't know all that well. Don't worry about it, just do your research and read up on the subject. Plus sometimes you don't have to write about all the minute details, you can just cover the outside edges. "The Poker Faces of Successful Players" or "How and Where To Learn What You Need to Know To Be a Successful Poker Player" or "Do Females Have What It Takes To Be Card Sharks?" Okay, maybe not the best titles as I've been without food for several hours now...

The point is, websites need all kinds of content, not just content that provides details only experts would know.

Thanks Peggy, read it and saved as a pdf. You should think about turning that advice into an info product. Really good stuff.

Thanks Andrew, I hope it helps. I have thought about turning it into an info product and it's 3rd on my to-do list, behind two big projects.

Hi Andrew,
I just read an eBook about WSO of PLR creation by Matthew Olson. It is one of 3 methods provided in a package I bought in WSO for $14. I immediately thought of your post and your needs.
I must first declare that I have not used those methods yet so I have no results from those methods, but I only just finish reading them a few minutes ago. I do not gain anything by posting here and doing it voluntarily here without knowledge of Matthew Olson.
I am posting in reply to your previous post because I believe it could be just what you were looking for that is all. I will also add that all 3 methods are very doable in my humble opinion. I certainly will start in the Yahoo method as soon as possible.
