That's the new real time results Google just started using...
You can hit pause and it will stop it from scrolling.

I just noticed that today as well. I was searching for something and it did the same thing with news results.

Yeah, google's real time results is now live. It's quite cool. It can actually be used to determine if a keyword is being talked about on social networks.

Yesterday I thought it would be displayed on top when another warrior posted a preview, it didn't look well.

Now that it's properly placed at the bottom I guess it's alright.
