Ever wake up to one of those days to where you know that you have to much on your plate?

You just sit there contemplating your day over a sip of coffee and tell yourself....

I Don't Want To and You Can't Make Me!

How many of you Guys have those stubburn "I Don't Wanna" days?

And...what do you do about them?

I'll tell ya what I'm doing about it...hanging out here all day.

P.S. Is it Friday, yet?

If you have "one of those days" go out and meet your friends or go to the gym and look after your health.

Seriously, spending all day on the PC can be a daunting task I always make sure I do not let "my business" depress me. Even if something does not go right I never let failure control my emotions.

When I have one of those days, I turn the computer off, get some extra sleep, then watch some movies.

Yes, we all feel overhelmed sometimes, but that feeling goes away quickly..
I just go out to a fresh air, and clear my mind for an hour or two, and when I come back in front of my screen, I allways find some good news on it, and that overhelming feeling is gone for the next few days..
    That's my cycle

I like to just walk away for the day too, but occasionally that's just not possible. In that case, I'll pick one thing - the worst thing, which will probably turn out to be something I've subconsciously been avoiding, and the reason why everything else is backing up behind it anyway - and just get on and do it. You can go from feeling venomous to virtuous over the whole thing pretty quickly, and it's a bit easier to do everything else after that.

If that fails, the next best cure for one of those days is one of those beers
