Big problem with Wishlist Member + ClickBank. Anyone experienced the same?

We've been running a membership site (see signature) using Wordpress and Wishlist Member for just over a month so the rebills have started to come in. We've been selling via ClickBank, which was pretty easy to set up. However, everyone that has been rebilled has been locked out of the system - they can log in, but can't view any of the protected posts.

We've tried (on the client end):
1) Clear browser history (cookies, cache, temp files, etc)
2) Try new browsers (Firefox, IE, Chrome)
3) Tried new computers (some people tried work and home, another tried via mobile)

On the back end:
1) Turn off all site caching (no more WP Supercache)
2) Make sure all the affected user accounts are linked via the unique ID to the ClickBank transaction (that's how Wishlist works, as far as I can see).

I filed a support ticket with Wishlist 6 hours ago and haven't heard anything yet. As we're providing forex signals and this information is critical to people making money, it's frustrating for us and our members.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Thanks

    I've fixed it.
For future reference (anyone finding this via Google), the issue was with the membership expiry. The field looks like it should be set to whatever the rebill period is (i.e. one month), but it should be set to never expire.

Darren, so you set the "Length of Subscription" to 1 month and THEN checked the "No Expiry Date" to fix the issue? Did you have either one of these options modified before this fix?

If you set it to never expire, then it greys out the time field anyway. The rebill period is controlled by Clickbank.

Also, one more trap for newbies (because Wishlist Member's written documentation is average at best) is that if you leave 'grant continued access' checked, then even if members cancel they can still access the site.

Wishlist mostly has its instructions via video - fine for setting up, but when you want a simple answer to a problem and there's 60 minutes of video to watch, it's very frustrating. The written manuals are very basic - this is something they need to improve.
    The software is good, though.
