How do you keep track of your IM earnings/expenses?

First of all my ecommerce software (Fantasos) records all sales.

Second, unfortunately, German law requires companies to keep ridiculously detailed records over any cent that is moved in the company. For that I'm using an online software where all sales, expenses, receipts, taxes etc. etc. are entered and saved. Maybe interesting for German warriors:

XLS spreadsheet for me as well.

I like it the traditional way, pen and paper. It's easy to scribble down things quickly.

But I do file the hand written notes at the last day of the month.
