How To Use Private Label Rights for Traffic Generation

Warriorforum has inspired me and I have learnt many things here in the few short months i've been a member.
This is my contribution to the warriorforum. My Christmas present to all my fellow warriors! I hope you learn something,get inspired and enjoy it.

I've noticed that there are many questions that pop up from time to time about PLR or private label rights products. Many new marketers wonder what the hell the experienced marketers mean with plr or even what can be done.

Private label rights has many uses and can be very useful to the internet marketer. Are you limited on time? Need content to help create products? Plr can help save time in creating products.


PLR basically allows the purchaser to alter the content 100% and claim ownership.
PLR is made available to multiple people. You do not need to alter the content if you don;t want to, but it is adviseable to alter it to create a unique product.
PLR is not limited to articles.
PLR products come in many forms. These include articles, reports, ebooks and CD’s.

What can you do with PLR?

• Rewrite- the content partially or fully to create a 100% unique product.
• Keep it as is-and slap your name on the product and sell it.
• Split up- longer articles into smaller articles for autoresponder e-courses to help list build.
• Compile- shorter articles into longer ones or collect 10 articles to compile into a short report to sell.
• Re-purpose-Read the articles into a recorder and turn into podcasts/video or audio products.

Here are some ideas to inspire you to use Private Label rights to generate traffic:

1. Split ebooks into smaller articles for blog content,or article marketing content.
2. Spin the article/s into a “10 best of” or “Top 10 of” lists
3. Create an autoblog that mixes plr and scraped content.
4. Use the content to quickly create an article for linkwheeling.
5. Translate the content into other languages to capture visitors from other countries.
6. Turn the content into a short reports to provide to affiliates for promotional materials.
7. Break up the content into 140 character snippets and tweet the content on twitter(or identi.ca).
8. Compile it into a report with your affiliate links and post on scribd.
9. Use the content as a basis to help for yahoo answer posting.
10. Use the material to help create press releases.
11. Add to blogs,squidoo lens,hubpages.
12. Use the content to promote ebay stores.
13. Adjust the content so it's relevant to current news, events or celebrities to capitilise on current traffic.
14. Add the content to autoresponders.
15. Create an e-course or membership site out of the plr materials.
16. Create adsense sites with plr (combine it with idea #3)
17. Create a buyers guide to help your traffic or list with buying decisions. (Or you can distribute this free with affiliate or your site links embedded).
18. Answer questions in forums using the plr as a basis for your answers.
19. Create a “how to” page using the material.
