Is there a SocialMarker.com type of site for directory submissions?

INTERNET MARKETING

I am looking for something free that is simple to use similar to socialmarker.com, which is to bookmark your site to top ranking sites, but instead to submit your site to top notch directory sites.

I don't know of anything that is free, but DirectoryBot is pretty cheap. I can't confirm how well it works though
