Just A Couple Secrets...

Hey everyone. I haven't done this in a while and haven't been around here that much lately. Been pretty busy getting things in place for 2010.

Just wanted to share a couple secrets on this post...

1) The Fastest Way To Make Money

If you want to get a quick jolt of cash, just offer your time. Coaching. Services. Etc. People pay big money for this.

I have a hunch that people on here don't understand how valuable your skills are that you've learned just from being on the forum.

The mass market for internet marketing and the biz opp market isn't Warrior Forum. We represent a small fraction of the overall market and there are plenty of people getting started online that don't even know about this place, don't know anything about setting up a website and autoresponder, nothing about writing ads and copy, nothing about SEO, uploading files, and more...

So let's say you know how to set up an autoresponder, how to send emails, how to edit a website, how to outsource website design, how to set up a squeeze page, upload files, set up download pages, some SEO, article marketing, and how to set up a blog.

I know people who are charging $1,000-$2,000 per 8 hour block of coaching and helping set up these kind of things.

Is your time worth that? Yah.

Think about it... how long did it take you to figure out how to do all these things? Not a day, right? And how valuable are these things? Invaluable.

What if you offered to set up rank rookies a complete set of business systems and train them to use an autoresponder in a day? I don't personally know a Warrior who's been on here a while who can't do those things, and you'd be providing an incredible service by helping others get set up fast.

But you can't sell these kind of packages easily with a sales page. Use a landing page and something like Time Driver to schedule phone appointments.

Get them on the phone and sell them the package. Then jump on a webinar or phone with the person during your 8 hour block and set everything up for them while teaching them.

The kind of conversion rates you get on the phone are ridiculous in comparison to sales pages. Why? Because it's a phone. If you use the phone for marketing, then you know what I'm talking about.

Need some fast traffic? Just do a drop to a biz opp list or find a pool of biz opp people or rookie internet marketers. Remember, the mass market isn't like us and many of those people just want to pay someone to teach them and set up their business systems. You'd be providing an incredibly valuable service in exchange for big bucks.

2) Learn To Sell Or Be A Lazy Affiliate

If you can sell and know some good marketing strategies, then you can make money.

It's that simple and sounds kind of stupid to even say.

Get a good product people are willing to pay for, learn how to sell, and write some good copy or shoot a sales letter video. Then sell it. (How to make money)

If you can do that, then you just need to recruit affiliates.

Sure selling isn't the sexiest thing in the world, but it's exciting when you make the sale and it becomes a huge rush you get addicted to.

On the other side of the spectrum, master traffic generation and be an affiliate (or be both product creator and affiliate). And yet still, you need to know how to sell in order to drive traffic in a lot of cases.

If you have money, buy traffic. If not, the fastest way I know how to drive traffic is setting up joint ventures as an affiliate.

SEO, article marketing, web 2.0, social media... in my experience is for the longterm and in my business at least, a lot of it is just credibility building. Joint ventures are free, they work fast, and they don't change their algorithms.

3) Structure Your Business With Time Management In Mind

Time management has everything to do with business structure.

I know guys who just set up joint ventures a couple hours per day as an affiliate, have a mailing schedule, then they go play video games all day... and make a darn good living too.

One guy just does JVs all week and drive people into continuity affiliate programs so he knows he's going to make some kind of predictable income month after month.

That's a pretty good strategy for someone who has a full-time job offline and only a couple hours per day to work online.

Here's another one... learn how to sell, create products, and recruit affiliates.

Use your resources to leverage JVs for your own product. Now you're getting sales from your own product and making sales as an affiliate at the same time. That's another good complete strategy for people who don't have much time.

Point is... do what's going to make you the most money over all else and drop the rest of the strategies you know. You don't need to do it all.

In tip #1 I mentioned coaching. That's actually my least favorite thing to do because it requires so much of my personal time and energy.

I haven't coached anyone in a long, long time... but if I wanted to make, say, $5,000-$8,000, in a month by helping people get set up and teaching them the basics, then it's there for me... as it is for any Warrior.

Coaching and services are the ultimate time drainer, but if you want to make fast money, that's what you can do. Your business could just be doing 5-10 8 hour blocks of coaching per month and you'd do very well income-wise.

SELL. Sell and make money.

Go sell high quality stuff, then sell some more. You'll make money.

Everyone's concerned with all these secret strategies and what not. Then when they use them, the result is the same. You have to know how to sell to make money with them anyway. ...Whether it's selling a product with a sales page, selling someone to click a link on your site, or selling someone in an email to visit an affiliate offer.

Despite some of the SEO gurus, I don't personally know anyone who does well online who can't sell well, or isn't teamed up with someone who can.
