    One of the things mentioned, which caught my attention was, the statement that the FTC may not go out looking for violators per se, but if they receive complaints (which has always been the case) they may pay a visit to you and your business. Now I'm paraphrasing that information so you need to listen closely to what the Internet Attorneys are saying on the recording

    Both of the attorneys that answered the questions are not only licensed but specialize in Internet law. They also have their own internet business.

    Another point which stood out to me had to do with the older sites and testimonials will also need to be brought into compliance with FTC guidelines.
