Is this "The Ultimate Buy Button"? Comes with Rollover & SFX

You know of The Belcher Button? The buy button that Perry Belcher (yeah that Perry Belcher) exhaustively tested and improved conversions outtasight with. You see it used a fair bit in the WSOs here and on Clickbank pages and elsewhere.

This is by far the most tested buy button in internet history. I have used it on hundreds of sites in dozens of markets with great results. Split tests show close rates increased by 35 to 320% over ANY other buy button I have ever used. Every element of the button has been tested individually in over 10,000 closed transactions.
Now along comes The Ultimate Belcher Button and this thing comes with resizing, rollover and SFX (sound effects). Free - you just need to opt-in on this guys site and he sends it to you automatically.

That should be like hooking your sales page up to Nitrous Oxide and you laugh all the way to the bank.

Nothing to do with me - no affiliation - never met or talked to the guy - I just like it. Yeah you can hit the "thanks" button if you like.

Thanks for the heads up, I think I'm going to use this in my next sales page and see how well it works. Looks great.

I opted in but for the life of me cannot figure out how to put a link in it!

He tells you how to do it, but unfortunately I am unable to figure out what he means. I can get it to display and do the rollover effects, but I have no clue as how to add the link I want. Also the instructional video seems to be for an older version. So also I cannot figure out how to add in a different price.

I may just have to use the original image one from perry!

      It is pretty cool though!

        Hey AshleyAA

I'm sorry you are having such issues, I'm the guy behind the button...

you're right the video is out of date, we keep adding features and are working on a builder to make it easy to setup the code. Just my team is busy building out the actual service the button was originally meant for.

There are 2 html files that come with the zip that show how the button can communicate with either a form (as in a order or optin form) OR a clickbank like hyperlink. You basically copy whichever is close to what you are doing and swap out the elements.

I'm happy to have one of my team do the work for you. Just send me a message.

Hey Troy thanks for the reply! Your offering more service than most paid things!

Okay, so I figured out that I need to replace something with my link. But html is foreign enough to me, so this javascript stuff goes WAY over my head. I went to the links for the help, but still could not figure it out.

For me to know what to replace with my link, I would need it to say "Replace PEICEOFCODE with your link". Otherwise I am lost!

Anyways, I just got the email you sent out, and I will reply to that so one of your staff can help me.

          Thanks!
          Ashley

    Troy,
Can you clarify the rights we have with this?
Because I wish to make, use and test an ultimate ultimate buy button
it would offer a simple jpeg version if flash not installed or JavaScript not turned on. On all sales pages that I have everything works without JavaScript or Flash. I'd hate to have a non showing or working buy button in those cases. Probably 97% of the computers have Flash but this image freaks me out: a person reading the whole sales page, getting hooked enough to buy and - pooof no buy button.

      Milan,

Put a paragraph or two of text under the Ultimate Buy Button, then include a non-flash version of a Buy Button... possibly after your closing signature, and just above any P.S. you may include in your salesletter.

      Problem solved.

      Best Regards,

I thought the video and the sample files were really easy to follow. I had it up and running on my site (in a test against the original Belcher button and the Graham button) in about 10 minutes.

The sound effects don't work for me so I must have missed a step somewhere, but the flash and everything else works great. I love the sparkle.

We'll see if it wins against the original Belcher button and the Graham button.

The sounds don't work for me either. Not locally. Not on the server.

I can't figure that one out.

    Great share!

Having said that... I split-tested this and found it to decrease sales on some niches sites, but worked wonders on others.

Between this and a number of other variables in our testing, it just goes to show, you can't beat testing things yourself

It'd be bad if people used this button, without testing it's effectiveness against alternatives...

    Peace

    That was quick Jay!

I've only had the button for two days and have sent a decent amount of traffic to it. The confidence interval is still only 79% so I'm not ready to declare a winner, but I can say that the UBB sure isn't blowing away the competition.

The competition is an old style standard Belcher button and an Eric Graham style button. Currently the Eric Graham style button is winning.

I'll post full results on my blog when I'm finished testing.

What niches have you found the new UBB to work well in?
