I remember reading a few weeks ago about someone sending an offer to a list and then a couple of days later, re-sending to the people that had not opened the previous email. I've been looking for that thread, but now I can't find it.

I've want to do this but can't figure out how to make a segment out of just the people that didn't open it. Is that possible? Am I overlooking something?

Thanks in advance.
Tracy

I think aweber has tutorials on this specific subject...if not why not just ask their support?

Ok here I think info will help.

    1.Select your list
    2. Go to search subscribers.
    3. Where it says "select field" choose "message not opened"
    4. Select your message that the subscribers did not open (it should display them all once you have clicked search)

You would then save this segment and then resend them the email by choosing this segment specifically.

    Hope this helps Tracy,

      Hi Brandon
Thank you very much - that does help. I think I was looking "too hard" through all of their tutorials. After about 45 minutes of digging through their site, I figured someone here might be able to help.

      Have a great day!
