Odd Terms Showing up for my Site

I'm not quite sure where this thread belongs so I'll just post it here.
I was looking over my site's keyword density using this tool at SeoChat.com.
I got some weird results showing up that are nowhere to be found on my site and are nowhere related. Those are the top terms and I believe they are messing up my rankings.
I did also double check using SeoQuake plugin for Firefox and I got the same results.
Term - Density
unhidewhenused false name - 9.05%
accent unhidewhenused false - 7.68%
false name medium - 4.48%
I get those results for my 4 latest sites, I'm using 2 different WP themes.
Does anyone have an idea of what this might be?
