What About Using Serial Storytelling as a Marketing Method?
I am trying something out, that actually may not be that different - however I haven't seen anyone on the few thousand posts I have read on the forum do it (and of course that only represents a microcosm of the bazzilion posts on this forum)
I have a copywriting webpage that I use to promote my writing services which had been neglected for some time. So, I installed a blog on it and am putting in pieces of writing that I have done - currently a science fiction fantasy story which you can get to by my signature.
Has anyone else done this sort of thing, use fiction in serial blog posting for marketing purposes? Sort of an "electronic Charles Dickens marketing" (who was paid by the word for his stories as they appeared in the papers of the times).
Just wondering if anyone has had success with these methods. Thanks!
