Are you asking about finding clients for "article packs" of the PLR kind mentioned in your signature file, or clients who will commission you to write articles for them to use in their article marketing endeavours? In either case, please don't be offended if I mention that when you're posting in the world's leading internet marketing forum, and wanting people to notice your writing skills, a modicum of attention to grammar and punctuation doesn't go amiss (and having your name showing might even help, too).
I agree 100%. Even if you are just posting on a forum for advice, you need to be especially careful about spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar if you are looking for clients for any type of writing work.

I agree with Alexa. I wish you well but be careful posting with typos and such errors. For instance, it's writing, not writting. It's a little thing but will discourage people from hiring you!

Im so sorry I didnt even take such aspects into consideration. I was in a bit of a rush when making this post had to go pick my kids up from daycare. All my articles are gramatically correct and so forth.

I can supply examples if needed.

Thanks for the advice keep it coming!

Well, you should: I'm sorry, I didn't even... etc.

Look, English is not my first language, not even the second one but I am a linguist/philologist and sloppy spelling, bad grammar, missing punctuation bothers me in any language.

Although I used to make a (good) living by writing before I settled on this English speaking continent, I am often insecure about my writing abilities in English, so I outsource quite a lot of writing. But I am picky: people who post in the manner you did, never make to my shortlist.

For anybody making a living by writing and/or offering writing services, remember: every sentence you made public on the net is part of your image. Your brand, if you wish.

    Hi

If you're talking about getting people that will folow through to your website the obvious thing to do is provide valuable content that solves problems and get it in front of your target audience.

Problem solving isn't the only approach but its one that is more lucrative (in my own experience).

Make sure you have evidence of your target group seeking the information before creating your article content so that you maximize your efforts.

Start making comments about article writing in your comments here, if you appear knowledgeable and well read you'll find plenty of clients. I think most Warriors are going to be skeptical about someone whom just joined the board and makes grammatical errors along the way.

Take some time, share some of what you know about article writing. Maybe even offer a few few articles in different niche's for Warriors to review.

Take time, build a reputation and I guarantee you'll have more job offers from this board than anywhere else.

Another thing I noticed is that your username doesn't exactly inspire confidence. It looks like you randomly stuck some letters together so you could sign up quickly. If you don't want to use your real name on forums, at least choose a more "realistic" username, unless you have already been branded elsewhere under the name "lalala".

Obviously there is the necessity for quality-grammatically-correct-articles, and your reputation (and client base) will grow as your quality improves; but, here is my suggestion:

Don't just post your profile and bid on service sites like elance.com, freelancer.com, etc; try and be a little more proactive and find other ways of obtaining new clients. A great way to do this is to do a search in Google and find websites that are related to the topics you like writing about most. After you've come-up with a list of about 20 or so sites, along with their contact info, email them and introduce yourself, your service, and the unique offer you have for them.

One of the best high-value-unique-offers you can give is by simply saying "look (name of site owner) I know your thirsty for unique-quality-content, so if you give me a topic or keyword you want me to write about, I'll write you a quality article and give it to you free; and if you like it, I want to be your "content-go-to-guy" and I can promise you the best deal/price guaranteed!"

Of course you'd dress-up your "offer email" a little more than that, but you get the point. The trick is to think out-side-the-box...

Hope this post helped get your mind running with the possibilities...

    James

PS - I was going to end my post here, but now I'm just thinking of the possibilities, so here's one more idea if you're ambitious:

You don't have to limit yourself to website owners, you can also go after affiliates - here me out here, this is huge! If you really want to get boat-loads of new clients, here's what you need to do:

Go to clickbank.com, open your handy-dandy excel spreadsheet, and start listing the contact info of products that have a mid to high range gravity (the amount of affiliates making a sale). After you've got your list, contact the product owner and make a deal with him. The deal is this; if he gives you access to his affiliate list (people who are promoting his product) and lets you send out an email (which of course you will write), you will write a free PLR package of 10 articles that will ONLY be given to his affiliates to be used to promote his product. - And how do you make money with this, well you simply state this at the end of your email which delivers your free PLR package:

"If you would like unique-quality-articles written and optimized for keywords of your choosing, simply contact me at (put you website or email here) and I'll guarantee you the best price PERIOD!" And end with: "Contact me in the next 24 hours and I'll give you 25% OFF your first order!"

The above idea alone will most likely get you more clients than you can handle!

    Now go and apply...
