How to Structure Internship

UPDATE
I'm NOT asking to recruit interns from warriorforum. I want an in-house intern from my area that I'll be recruiting through university groups I've stayed connected with. I just want warrior opinions on how to structure the internship.

Warriors, I assume you've been in this position before, so I figured I'd post my question here while I also research online and speak with some people in my offline network.

My question is...

Have you ever "successfully" hired an intern to work with you for a period of time? The value of this internship would be you'd be teaching the intern your "secret lessons" that can really only be learned in internet marketing by hitting your head against and wall and overcoming challenges like you've done in your career. The intern would be helping you by being able to handle the routine tasks of internet marketing which are initially big valuable lessons the first time you learn to do them and actually impletement, but eventually (after doing them for many many months as part of your business) just turn into another thing to do on your task list.

Here's what I'm thinking of structuring

The value I can provide to an intern
-show them how easy it is to get a pro website launched and off the ground, whether it's for their own business or for a client's business
-how to research a market and find pockets of opportunity that you can attack (i.e. keyword research, competition research, etc.)
-how to plan an attack and attack the market once you've done your research. Basically, how to make money with what you're learning.

Basically, I'd be showing them what I've learned through past years of internet marketing, both offline and online. These are lessons that I either learned through beating my head against a wall OR through an internship that I had a few years ago that was priceless.

The value I'd ask in return

-Once I show them how to do various things that are the "secrets" to running my business, I'd expect them to be able to implement them on a day to day business
*I would not make this a boring internship where they are just keyword researching and linkbuilding all day. That's not where the value is for them. I've been in both good and bad internships and feel that I've learned a fair amount of how to structure it so that they're happy with what they're learning even though it's unpaid (which all of mine were).

Would love to hear your insights on any experience you've had in organizing a temporary unpaid intern for 3-6months.

Am also speaking with the university I graduated with to figure out how to make this be something they can get class credit for.

sorry for the rushed post. Heading out the door but wanted to finally get this out to the warriors, as it's been in my head for a long time
