$150 /month budget for a membership site..

If you had a $150 / month starting budget to offer your site members... scripts, word press themes, audio files, videos, etc, etc. where would you go, who would you contact to get these products?

I'm looking for ideas for an article directory membership, so I'm looking for products that would benefit / help article marketers.

My budget will go up as the membership grow but I'm just looking for some direction, I want to leverage my budget the best I can.

      Posting freebies will not only make it seem like a warez site but lowers the quilaity of the article directory it self.

      Just be a reglar directory and start a paid service for 1week front page or something

      Free WP themes for members own sites.

      Affiliate network/program directories (so they
      can find products to promote with their articles)

      Most of the above can be found online or
      developed inexpensively.
